Yoga on Monday...CHECK!
Kickboxing on Tuesday...CHECK! (brought two friends to try it out)
Bike on Wednesday...nope! Too sore from Mon and Tues. Recovery day
Kickboxing on Thursday...CHECK! (brought Hillary!)
Yoga on Friday...CHECK! 30 min on bike during naptime because it's date night!
Saturday morning kickboxing...CHECK!
Saturday evening soccer game...CHECK!
Sunday...adapting to do Yoga if I am not too sore. Superbowl party that day and I gotta do something! Maybe a 30 min walk if the weather holds.
