Where did the week go?

I guess posting about yoga on Saturday made me think that I had written my goals for this week. Oops. Here is what has been happening and my goals for the rest of the week:

M- core/strength work
Tu- kickboxing
W-rest
Th- kickboxing
F- yoga DVD
Sa- kickboxing AM soccer PM
Su- rest


We also scored (totally FREE and it is in perfect condition!) a home gym thing like the one pictured. I have been rearranging a place for it, so right now it isn't doing a whole lot of good. I am sooo excited though and can't wait to start adding that in.

I also have started to really see and feel the changes from kickboxing. Not only do I feel stronger, but I can tell that certain areas are toning up and my clothes are fitting better/looser. I won't weigh myself until the end of the month, but the proof for me that this is working shows.

I also have been thinking about running the SLC 1/2 again in April. If I started to train now, I know I could run it with a little walking. I really miss running and would hope that all this cross training would mean I wasn't starting from scratch. I will talk it over with Linc and see what he thinks (he is much more rational that I am.)

oh please tell me you're running it!!! It would be so fun to kick off the race with you (until you leave me in your dust of course)
